Current absorption rate of European funds exceeded 80% in September

The current absorption rate of European funds increased in September by 1.87 percentage points, to 80.23%, the financial framework 2007-2013, according to the Ministry of European Funds (MFE). Thus, the declarations of expenditure submitted to the European Commission (EC) exceeded € 15.2 billion at 30 September.

Regarding the effective absorption rate, the payouts from the EC, it increased by 1.48 percentage points to 75.69% (14.4 billion euros).
